At PAT McGRATH LABS, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not entirely pleased, we accept returns of gently used products within 30 days of the delivery date.

Return Process

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Follow the prompts to generate a prepaid return shipping label and print it directly from your browser or email.

• 3.
  Pack Your Items

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all components are included, and affix the prepaid label to the outside of the box.

• 4.
  Ship and Track

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking number to monitor your refund status.
